Payment terms
Projects: 50% to book the slot, 50% at sign-off. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month and cancel with 30 days' notice unless stated otherwise.
Capacity is real
Two to three new projects a month, confirmed in writing with your start date. If we are full, you get the next slot and that date goes in the contract.
If we miss a guarantee, you don't argue for it.
The stated consequence applies automatically, because it is contractual. We have designed delivery so that we don't pay these out, which is exactly why we can offer them.

Are these prices final?
They are honest starting points for the stated scope, and most projects land at them. Bigger catalogues, more pages, extra languages or integrations move the number - but your quote is fixed within 48 hours of the first call and does not move after that.
Do prices include VAT?
No - prices exclude VAT. Bulgarian and EU invoicing, including reverse charge for EU VAT-registered businesses, is standard.
Can we pay monthly instead of 50/50?
On projects up to €5,000 we can split into three monthly payments. Monthly services are, by nature, monthly. Performance-based arrangements such as store revenue share are negotiable on Full Channel - ask on the call.
What happens if you miss a guarantee?
The stated consequence applies automatically - free work, a refund, or no fee, depending on the service. You don't have to argue for it; it is contractual. We have designed delivery so we don't pay these out, which is exactly why we can offer them.
Why are you cheaper than other agencies for websites but similar for stores?
AI collapsed the cost of website production and we pass that on - €1,900 buys what cost €5,000 in 2022. Stores and migrations still require substantial human verification work: data integrity, payments, logistics. The price reflects reality rather than a discount race.
