How much does a new online store cost?
The build is from €4,900 one-time, live in about three weeks. Ongoing growth management is from €1,400/month, and full channel management (we run everything, you approve) from €2,900/month. Final quote within 48 hours of the first call.
Who owns the store - you or me?
You. The Shopify account, domain, product content and customer data are on your accounts from day one. If we ever part ways, you keep a fully working store.
I know nothing about web technology. Is that a problem?
It's the design assumption. Owners on our Full Channel package spend about four hours a month on their store - approving promotions and answering product questions. Everything else is on us.
What does the store-pays-for-itself guarantee mean exactly?
If cumulative store profit hasn't covered the build fee by month 9, we keep managing the channel at zero management fee until it has. Two conditions, both in the contract: our promotion calendar gets executed, and products stay in stock.
What do you need from me to start?
Products (photos and prices in any format - a spreadsheet, a paper notebook, we've seen everything), your brand assets if they exist, and about two hours of your time in week one.
