Ecommerce · Zero to launch · AI automationAn idea on Monday. Taking preorders on Tuesday.
Manuel came to us with a hunch: a change in Greek legislation meant every Bulgarian driving south needed a new car first-aid kit. Two days later he had a domain, a live store and real preorders - before he had bought a single unit of stock.
A law changed. A market opened. The window was narrow.
Greece tightened its requirements for in-car first-aid kits, which quietly invalidated the kit sitting in most Bulgarian cars. Manuel spotted it. The question was not whether demand existed - it was whether he could be in the market before everyone else noticed.
So we did not write a plan. We validated with a real store: research the demand, secure the name, put a working site in front of actual buyers, and let the preorders answer the question.
The store that went live on day two - one clear promise, one action: reserve your kit.
Validate with a real store, not a slide deck.
Research and the name
We checked the regulation, sized the demand and the competition, then found, bought and registered the domain for him - so the idea had an address before the day was out.
A working demo on day one
Not a mockup - a functioning store prototype, built on the first full day after he contacted us, ready to put in front of real buyers.
Live and selling on day two
Day two the site was live and collecting preorders. Demand got tested with real intent and real email addresses instead of assumptions.
Behaviour, watched and reported
We monitored how visitors actually used the site and fed it back to Manuel - which kits drew attention, what people clicked, where they hesitated. His product decisions came from evidence, not guesswork.
Supplier negotiation, automated
We created an email address for Manuel and helped him automate the entire supplier conversation. Manuel talked to an LLM a few times a day. It went out and negotiated with the suppliers, fed the data into an Excel sheet and made the process of picking a supplier a “pleasure” per Manu's words!
A product that stands up
DIN 13164:2022, CE marked, sourced direct from certified German manufacturers - fresh stock with full shelf life, at roughly half the pharmacy price.
The store validated the market before a cent was spent on stock - and the supplier side ran itself while it did.
Guys, you rock! I feel like I am playing a game and you are the cheat code.
Live, validated, and running on two deliveries a year.
Aptechka.bg is live and taking reservations against scheduled December and April imports - no payment upfront, so the list itself measures demand. Buyers get certified kits direct from the factory at roughly half the pharmacy price, plus an automatic reminder when their old kit expires.
Manuel got the thing founders rarely get: proof, in days rather than months, and a supplier process that costs him one conversation a day.
